30-Day Easy Returns
At Sterlings Legacy, we want you to feel confident about every order. If something isn’t right, we offer a straightforward return process to make things easy.
Return Policy Summary
- Return window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Any requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.
- Item condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- Support included: Our customer support team will guide you through each step.
We don't charge restocking fees on returns.
Return Shipping Costs
- If your item is faulty or incorrect: Return shipping is free when the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product.
- If you changed your mind: Return shipping is paid by the customer. This includes situations like ordering the wrong item, sizing/fit issues, or no longer wanting the product. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
How to Start a Return

Email us: Contact our team at info@sterlingslegacy.com and include your order number and the reason for the return.

Repack securely: Place the item back into its original packaging, including any tags, accessories, and paperwork.

Send it back: Once your return is approved, follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email and drop the parcel off with the specified carrier.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once your return arrives, we’ll check it meets the return requirements.
- Processing time: Approved refunds are processed after inspection. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method (timing can vary by bank/provider).
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or a different product? Contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
